At Roast Mi!, we take your privacy seriously. Roast Mi! (the "App") is developed and operated by Hao Wang ("Developer"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and strictly adhere to the Apple App Store Review Guidelines, Google Gemini API Terms of Service, and applicable data protection laws in our target markets (primarily the United States, including compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and other relevant state and federal laws).

1. Introduction This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, transmit, and disclose your personal information and related data when you use our App. By using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please do not use the App.

2. Age Restriction This App is intended exclusively for users aged 18 and older, in strict compliance with the Google Gemini API Terms of Service. We do not knowingly collect, use, or store any personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use the App. We also do not direct the App to children under the age of 13, in compliance with COPPA. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will immediately delete that information and terminate the associated account.

3. Data We Collect and Collection Purposes We strictly follow the "Data Minimization" principle, and only collect data that is necessary for the core functionality of the App. We do not sell your personal data to any third parties.

Basic device information: device model, operating system version, App version, language setting
Usage logs: usage time, number of AI responses generated, feature interaction frequency, app crash reports and error logs
You may refuse the collection of this non-necessary data through your device's privacy settings, without affecting the core functionality of the App.

3.3 Data We EXPLICITLY Do NOT Collect We commit to never collecting the following types of data:

Personal sensitive information: full name, phone number, email address (unless you voluntarily provide it for support purposes), government ID numbers, bank card details, precise geolocation, contacts, photos, recordings, or health data
Device sensitive advertising identifiers: IDFA, IMEI, MAC address
Unrelated user data: browser history, social media account information, or other app usage data outside of Roast Mi!

4. How We Use Your Data We only use your data within the scope of the collection purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. If we need to change the purpose of data use, we will notify you 7 days in advance and obtain your explicit consent before making changes.

4.1 Local Storage of User Content

All user input text content and AI-generated output responses are NOT stored on our developer servers.
This content is stored exclusively on your local device, to allow you to view your historical records within the App.
