1. Acceptance of Terms Welcome to Roast Mi! (the "App"). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and the App developer, Hao Wang ("Developer").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the App.

2. Description of Service Roast Mi! is a self-improvement and behavior tracking app designed to help users examine their excuses and procrastination behavior through humorous, AI-generated commentary. The App uses Google Gemini API technology to generate personalized roast (teasing/sharp motivational) content to motivate users to take actionable steps toward their goals.

3. Rules of Use3.1 Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App. This requirement aligns with the Google Gemini API Additional Terms of Service, which prohibit use of the API by or for individuals under the age of 18.
• This App is not directed at, or intended for use by, individuals under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use or access the App.

3.2 Acceptable Use By using this App, you agree to:

• Only input content that is legal, lawful, and does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
• NOT input any illegal, harmful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, fraudulent, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Not attempt to bypass any security measures, content filters, or technical limitations of the App or its third-party service providers.
• Not interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the App, its servers, or its associated services.
• Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the App or its underlying technology.
• Not use automated scripts, bots, or other unauthorized means to access the App.
• Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations in your use of the App, as well as the terms of service of all third-party services integrated into the App.

3.3 Content Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for all content you input into the App.
• You warrant that you have full legal rights to the content you input, and that such content does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights.
